Why does my back hurt when I wake up?

During sleep we are in the same position for long periods of time. During this sedentary period our body is not circulating as much oxygen, blood supply or nutrients, causing discomfort and stiffness. There are certain movement practices that will help you alleviate the stiffness and reset your balance. Many of my clients are benefiting from self care tips that they can perform anywhere.
